Based on the sensibility cultivated at a specialty coffee shop and a small bakery in the city, I carefully engage with each process, from selecting the beans to extracting them according to the roasting characteristics, and even to the recipes for homemade scones and baked goods. 'A cup should relax the mind, and a dish should bring quiet comfort.' I have woven the flavors of 'Cafe Nino Tes' from scratch, valuing aroma, temperature, and aftertaste.
